1. What energy sources are suitable for Greentec products?

Greentec professional cast products are suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hotplates. The products belonging to the Induction Line, along with the induction versions of the LOGIC series and the concept pro stainless steel series are suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs. 3. How safe are Greentec professional cast products?

sicherheitWe provide our customers with technological progress and improved safety. That's why Greentec professional cast products carry the TüV and GS marks. Our non-stick coating conforms to the recommendations of the German Health Ministry. This provides the proof needed to show that our products are physiologically completely safe and that they conform to all legal requirements as well as the rules set out by their manufacturer.

4. In what sense are Greentec products environmentally friendly?

kochgeschirrGreentec products are environmentally friendly in the sense that they are guaranteed to contain no PFOA and because we are careful to work energy efficiently in production and processing. In addition you as the final consumer will also save energy, as Greentec cookware is particularly good at conducting and retaining heat. 5. How and when are your products delivered?

Deliveries are made upon payment in advance, against invoice, by credit card or using Giropay. The products will be sent by standard post.

A modest shipping charge of EUR 4.50 per order will be added.

However, we reserve the right to required payment on delivery for orders valued over EUR 260.00.

In case of payment in advance, we will ship the goods upon receipt of payment. In case of payment against invoice, by credit card or Giropay, the goods are shipped immediately.

Invoices fall due within 14 days without deduction. Your credit card will be debited after our order has been completed.

The goods will generally depart from our warehouse within 10 working days and are then shipped by postal parcel (with delivery times depending on postal times). This delivery time may be extended, particularly before public holidays such as Christmas. For this reason please make sure you make your order in good time – e.g. about 3 to 4 weeks before Christmas. Our delivery and service dates are always estimations, except in cases where Norbert Woll GmbH has expressly declared such dates to be binding.

6. What return and refund rights does the customer have?

You can cancel the purchase contract without giving any grounds within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Preferably by returning the unwanted goods (or by written declaration of cancellation – by letter or fax to 0681 / 97049-29 or by e-mail to

7. How do you handle my personal customer data?

We need some personal information from you in order to process your purchase. These data will of course be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third party, with the occasional exception of Schufa.

In order to ensure that the transfer of this data is secure, we use the world's most widely used encryption process, Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Thanks to their cut and abrasion-resistant non-stick coating, all Greentec professional cast products allow you to prepare low-fat or even fat-free dishes.

13. What materials are Greentec professional cast products made of?

14. What distance do the diameter measurement refer to?

The diameter details relate to the inner top diameter of the relevant pot or pan or other cookware.

15. Does Greentec deliver outside of Germany?

Unfortunately, we can currently accept only orders from within Germany. Please call us to discuss queries from outside Germany at 49 681 9 70 49-0 and we will let you know about our exclusive sales partners all over the world, passing their contact details on to you.
